From Class VI onwards, every Citadel student discovers a discipline. Through studios, workshops and annual showcases, our four faculties turn curiosity into craft.
Citadel International School was founded in 2010 by the Citadel Education Trust with a single conviction — that a world-class education should not end at the borders of the metro cities.
From one academic block and eighty-seven students, the school has grown into a five-acre riverside campus serving more than 1,250 learners from over forty villages and towns of Bhagalpur district. Registered with the Education Department of Bihar and following a CBSE-pattern curriculum, the Citadel combines board-room rigour with studio-floor imagination — the only school in the region with four dedicated creative disciplines.

Our five-acre campus sits on NH-31 between Bhagalpur and Naugachia, a short walk from the Ganges. Students learn in the historic silk-weaving belt of Bihar — a living classroom of looms, ghats and craft traditions.

Academics are led by 68 trained educators, many with national and international experience. Studio work is led by practitioners — master weavers, working designers, artists and published writers who teach beside the faculty.

Every student carries a full academic core — languages, mathematics, sciences and humanities — and then chooses a discipline studio in Fashion, Interiors, Fine Arts or Creative Writing, with public showcases each term.
